Info about the guy who started the 101 goals  for 1001 days

My name is Michael Green. This webspace is a personal publishing playground where I post information about things I am working on, as well as opinions and stuff.

The Day Zero Project was started in 2003 by New Zealander, Michael Green
This latest version of the site was launched in October 2009. Prior to this the Day Zero Project website allowed participants to post a link to their website.

The beginning
You are at the start. This is day one. As well as providing a publishing point for the 1001 Day Project you can find out more about me, my Photography and read opinion with an Objectivist slant.

My vision for this site two-fold:

- To provide a webspace for self expression, experimentation and creative ideas.

- To provide motivation and a challenge to discover and experience new things.

Thanks for visiting.

Things that will enrich my life. If it doesn’t make my life better… or doesn’t make me a better person… I don’t want to do it. Tasks must be specific with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching. It doesn’t have to be something you have never done,
For years, I’ve seen 101 in 1001 lists floating around the blogging world. A cross between a bucket list and new year’s resolutions, a 101 in 1001 list is basically a list of 101 concrete things you hope to accomplish in 1,001 days (which is approximately 2.75 years).

although most will be, others will just be done again within this time period. For each item I don’t complete I will donate $10 to the Special Olympics. Wake up at 5:30 a.m. five days a week - to journal, exercise, make a hot breakfast, etc.

Iowa game at an Iowa bar in Wrigleyville. It has been years since I've done this. I either go tailgate in Iowa or watch with some of my college friends at a bar in the west loop that my friend's brother owns. But there are two massive Iowa bars in Wrigley and it's a damn reunion when I go. People I haven't seen since college, old sorority sisters, etc. I think it would be fun to head there for a game, when Tara is in town. (And then retreat back to the west loop because I'd rather watch with my 5 best guy friends from college any day.) a 76) test (Link Broken)
