47. Move my pool table into my duplex
I moved the pool table from my parents basement into the basement in my duplex. Each unit has a full basement and half is finished the other half is unfinished.
The pool table itself is smaller than standard and was bought used 15 years ago for $60 I have gotten my moneys worth out of it. I moved in on 8/31/19, the month of September I am going to work on making this into a really nice rec room. for the last year or so its just been a storage room that I maybe went to once a week.
I will post some pictures and updates to this.
I was at one point thinking that I would rent out my basement as an AirBnB but I don't think it would be worth the work I am happen with the way it is.
