Retro Early 2000's tech
The 21st century...
I found this to be an interesting time for technology you can see the flat screen TV it has an HDMI port RCA VGA a lot of legacy ports even has a built-in over the air TV tuner. It's kind of the centerpiece of it all.I called this tech island because of its own island Independent of and isolated from the internet all it requires is electricity.
So I can get the over the air free broadcast channels from the TV that's just built into it.
That PC that is hooked up via VGA was built in 2003 I acquired it over the summer of 2008 I've used it off and on for years it's an interesting tool it's a Windows XP machine it's never been connected on the internet for the last 12 years. I'm glad that it can boot up and that I've written a lot of really good notes and I even wrote a small art book for my dad 65th birthday this year 20/20.
Windows XP rolled out around 2001 or so I would say the PS2 came out around that time as well and it was interesting to use that technology my PS2 I have connected via RCA cables and I'm able to play the Grand theft Auto series The Sims for PS2 and other interesting games it also has a built-in DVD player and for some people the PS2 was their first DVD player.
