Good Taste as a Hedge Against Inflation

I dig this video I think it's good to have a nice collection of certain things and that just a high-end expensive stuff but things that you'll use daily collections that you enjoy looking at like my diecast cars old license plates and that it is almost the antimidalist philosophy though they can kind of clash because minimalism is good what did I think people do desire stuff you can't just live out of a backpack with a hundred things or in a porta Johnny that happens to have a sleeping bag or something which I think is the delusional dream that people have that they can do the van life and they can do that I always thought that would be cool but then there is a nice aspect of having a solid homestead. If it's something you use it's something that you'll value it doesn't hurt to have a really nice version of it especially if it will hold value or function for a long time.
